The Story of the Watermelon

What’s the best way to show crafters what a bobble can do? With completed shawls of course! So I brought quite a few to last weekend’s Waltham Abbey Wool Show. One that caught people’s eyes was a very colourful crochet shawl. So this lovely lady called Lisa really wanted to order the bobble to make her version. I couldn’t for the life of me find the name of the bobble. I asked her cute daughter “what would you call this colour combo”? She took one look and said “Watermelon, of course”. And that’s how we now have a Watermelon in our catalogue 😀
