Gunther Bobbles
The Gunther Bobbles started as a way of using up yarn that was left over on my cones. I started with 25 cones on the floor, grouped into colour families and went from there. Each Gunther bobble is a journey through colours, with each of the 4 strands in a different colour. One strand changes colour every 20 metres. This results in the wonderful melange effect - combine this with the free pattern I've written for you and you'll create a squishy shawl. The original Gunther bobble is 1000m (270g) which is sufficient for a large shawl.
